LLMs X Law
Training a Large Language Mpde; on Legal Databases

Research on training Large Language Models (LLMs) in law explores how AI can enhance legal research, contract analysis, and case law interpretation. Studies show that fine-tuning LLMs on legal databases improves their ability to process statutes and precedents, making legal workflows more efficient. However, key challenges remain, including ambiguity in legal language, jurisdictional differences, and AI bias. Ethical concerns, such as hallucinated citations and compliance with legal confidentiality, also require careful regulation. The future of AI in law likely involves hybrid models combining machine learning with human oversight, ensuring accuracy while leveraging AI’s efficiency.
